Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in US.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery progress.


Returns & Exchanges

    Q: What’s your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used items.


Q: How do I start a return?

A: Please contact us at  billion@celestra.work with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


Q: Can I exchange a product?

A: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?

A: Absolutely. All our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.


Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

A: Our formulas are designed with sensitive skin in mind, using clean and gentle ingredients. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use.


Q: Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

A: No. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances.


Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Yes, all of our products are vegan and plant-based.


Q: How long do your products last after opening?

A: Most products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months after opening. Look for the open jar symbol on the packaging for specific information.

A: No account is required! You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows for faster checkouts and order tracking.
